Forest Pharmacy Program (FPP) is another crucial program advocated by Bambusa Foundation. This program aims to provide remedy/medicine for illness using plants from the forest. Decades ago, our ancestors had utilized the forest resources to rectify illnesses and keep their body and mind healthy. Due to urbanization, most of the traditional herbaceous treatment has been forbidden and forgotten.

As a foundation that firmly believes in holistic approach, we decided to bring back the ancient traditional medicinal treatments as a diseases prevention method and encourage the public to create a healthy lifestyle. The aborigines are the main drivers in this program as they have a deeper knowledge of the forest.
